Our Direct Investment Service is a service that allows you to manage your investments with the help of a dedicated support team, but without the cost associated with ongoing advice.
The service is best suited for existing clients with straight-forward portfolios and non-complex personal circumstances; whose investments no longer require on-going financial advice.

Please note the below deadlines for us to receive applications for new accounts or paperwork/additional contributions to existing accounts in order for us to process these before the end of the current tax year.

The quickest way to return forms to us is via Docusign, which we are able to send to you upon request. You are also able to return completed forms to us via email from your registered email address to directinvestment@trinitybridge.com. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer or scanner, please send your forms to our freepost address: “FREEPOST CBAM ONLINE INVESTOR SUPPORT”.
Please note that due to the busy period leading up to tax year end, we may not be able to complete requests which are received after the recommended dates above. We advise returning any forms by email as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

To set up online access to view your portfolio 24/7 via our online portal, generate ad-hoc reports and to receive research updates, simply call or email us to provide us with your email address and we'll do the rest. Once you’re set up with online access, you’ll also be able to download our mobile app to view your portfolio on the go.
If you’re confident making your own investment decisions, and taking responsibility for them, our Self-Directed Service is a competitively priced, fully online service which allows you to carry out your own transactions and trades via our online portal, at your own convenience. You will be able to search 1000's of investments, generate ad-hoc reports, see how your portfolio is performing, and have access to a wealth of research and support material.
Our platform fees start as low as 0.25% and reduce based on the amount invested. This service is supported by our friendly Investor Support Team who are on hand to offer support via email or telephone.
You’ll need an email address to sign up for this service and our team can check whether your investments are eligible to be held on a self-directed basis.
